Parking

Parking is a breeze in Collegetown Park, home to our main parking lot, where you can park by your front door. All spaces are numbered and reserved by assignment. The lot is well lit and enjoys easy access year round. All lots are maintained throughout the year.

Based on availability, all Lambrou Real Estate tenants can reserve a parking spot.

 First-come, first-serve basis and separate lease from housing lease.
