LAMBROU REAL ESTATE TEAM

Nick Lambrou

Nicholaos "Nick" Lambrou is a well-known real estate developer in Ithaca, New York. He owns Lambrou Real Estate at 405 Eddy Street, a property management firm focused on student housing in Collegetown.

Lambrou led the rebuilding of a historic 202 Eddy Street after a 2014 fire, keeping its original look while upgrading it to modern codes. The project won a "Pride of Ownership" award.

In 2017, Lambrou proposed a five-story, 14-unit apartment building at 301 Eddy Street to expand Collegetown Park and meet student housing needs. He has served as President and Treasurer of the local Greek Orthodox community and takes part in Greek Independence Day events at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church with family and local leaders. He supports local sports, notably soccer; the Ithaca United Soccer Club’s annual "Super Lambrou Cup" is named for him to raise funds for youth soccer.

Nick earned a BS in Economics with a minor in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis. His career has included work as a media buyer and planner, owning a travel agency, and producing the graphic novel Sons of Chaos, which he adapted into a screenplay. He also developed a travel-history-food TV series called A Midlife Departure with Chris Jaymes and helped develop the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Ithaca. His family has been involved in local development: his father in Collegetown, Nick downtown, and his son Costa on the West End. He enjoys golf, hunting, skiing, and boxing.

Debbie Alve

My name is Debbie, and I bring 16 years of experience to my role at Lambrou Real Estate. Before stepping into this field, I spent 21 years working with children, and now I have the joy of working with young adults—something that has only deepened my passion for helping others grow, succeed, and feel supported.

In addition to my work at Lambrou, I’m also a Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics, where I get to inspire confidence in others.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me cooking for the people I love or spending time with my seven beautiful grandchildren, who bring so much light and happiness into my life. Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am, and I’m grateful every day for the opportunities I’ve been given to do just that.

With over 15 years of experience here, I’ve been grateful for every opportunity to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections with the people around me. This work has become more than a job; it’s a part of who I am.

When I’m not here, you’ll usually find me outside or spending time with my wife and kids, who are at the heart of everything I do. They remind me every day why caring for others and contributing to a strong, supportive community matters so much to me.

I’m an Ithaca College grad, a fan of poker, ice hockey, Jeeps, bourbon, and golf, and I never miss a chance to spend time with my wife, Rachel, and our two golden retrievers. If there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I love good company—whether it’s friends, family, or pups.

Lucian Weaver

My name is Lucian, and I grew up in Lodi, NY—a small place that gave me a big appreciation for hard work, open spaces, and the simple joys of life. I graduated from the TCST BOCES program in construction trades, an experience that not only taught me valuable skills but also showed me how much I enjoy building and creating with my own hands.

I love spending time outdoors and picking up my guitar whenever I get the chance—both help keep me grounded and inspired. I’m eager to continue learning and growing, both in my work and as a person, and I’m grateful for every opportunity that helps me take the next step forward.
